At Autumn Sonata, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
