What is the typical shipping time for furniture and decor?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our white-glove delivery service, while smaller decor items arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Autumn Sonata ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles?
We accept returns on unused and unwashed textiles, such as linens and rugs, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your wooden products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. All our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with non-toxic, eco-friendly oils to ensure safety for your home and the environment.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed, though you may initiate a return once it arrives.
